By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
Any form of AI and NFT usage is strictly forbidden!
Violators will be registered on my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

♥ General

I reserve the right to decline any commission request or client for any reason.
I reserve the right to post your finished commission on my socials and portfolio for any reason, unless otherwise discussed.
The client must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
Prices are not flat and may raise depending on complexity and other factors.
The client must provide character references and details beforehand if they want something specific.
Complex characters/outfits may come with an extra fee depending on personal criteria.
All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Personal usage includes but not limited to; profile displays, phone or computer wallpapers, print ONLY for personal display.
The client will not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
The client may not claim the artwork as their own.
The client may re-upload the artwork on other sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me. ONLY upload the smaller file publicly unless otherwise discussed.
The client is NOT allowed to change, modify, edit or remove any signature/watermark from my artworks.
Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
Any harassment or comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive is not tolerated and may result in blacklisting.

I reserve the right to put my signature and/or watermark on my own work. Full resolutions will always include my signature.
I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.
Regardless of the use, it is forbidden to modify my work to create or use it for different purposes (removing the signature/watermark, re-coloring, tracing, copying etc.).

The total price of any monetized & commercial commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
The following licences can be offered for their rightful use;
Commercial use Tier 1: Promotional/Streaming Use - 100% increase. Ex; cover art, thumbnails, banners, stream assets, or any medium/platform with monetization (Twitch, YouTube, Patreon etc.).
Commercial use Tier 2: Merchandising - 150% increase. (Ex; prints, keychains, standees, digital goods, etc.)

A delay in public social media posting of the artwork, or other similar requests can be accommodated, providing that you select the respective option in the request form before the commission starts.
An additional fee of 20-50% of the total price of the commission is required. This will be discussed in DMs first before the invoice is sent.
The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs, showcase in my portfolio or post it on any of my social media ever.
We can agree to not post it before a certain date (Eg; birthday present, VTuber debut, etc), but the extra amount that you were previously charged will NOT be refunded after it’s posted.

Confirmed orders will be added to my public work queue on Trello; only your given username and order title will be shown.
All clients will be notified once their commission is on active status.
The estimated time of completion can vary from 1~6 months the moment I start working on it. Sometimes longer depending on many factors such as; Mental health, complexity, waiting list, order queue and other personal commitments.
Rush fees/short deadlines are not accepted.
If given a deadline, I'll have to check my current schedule & work load to see if I'm able to guaranteed the final delivery date. If I'm unable to, I'll have to decline your request.
No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
All clients are responsible for saving and retaining their order once send.
All clients reserve the right to be notified of any delays (this includes Skeb/SurpriseMe!).

This service will not provide any communication, WIPs or revisions.
Posing and expression of the character can be suggested; if not, I will take my own liberty with it.
I will send a proposal with the adjusted price changes, and (if applicable) discounts. The price can change due to certain factors, such as; props, character complexity and background complexity.
I allow small changes and fixes after its completed.

This service will provide communication, WIPs and revisions.
Due to big files needing to be send, I require your e-mail address to send the final product and/or files to you.
Communication is done through VGen DMs only.
I will send a rough sketch/concept(s) for approval. This is where all adjustments and edits will be made, if any.
I allow up to 2 revisions during the sketching process, any further will incur additional charges. Requesting more than what you originally ordered will also incur additional charges.
Once the sketch is approved, no fixes or alterations can be made afterwards except for color adjustments and small missing details.
I will send you WIPs each time I advance to the next step of the artwork. I need your explicit confirmation that everything is good to proceed.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
Full payment is required upfront before I start, only in EUR (€). No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
Payment has to be made within 48 hours after the invoice is sent.
If payment is not made in a timely manner after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

If money has not been sent yet, the client has the right to cancel the commission request.
No refunds after the commission has been accepted. The only case for that is if I haven’t responded/send any updates about the commission for over 1 month from the last update.
You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your account, including side accounts.
